Real Estate & Construction Law
At BACH Law, we have extensive experience with real estate transactions – both in the form of regular property transactions and company transactions. We assist with structuring the transaction, including the preparation and negotiation of investment and shareholders’ agreements. We conduct our due diligence with a great deal of partner attention and with commercial insights.
BACH Law provides legal advice on project development, including the preparation of construction contracts. We have experience with drawing up cooperation agreements concluded between the developer and the tenant for the construction of major domicile properties. We have a special focus on PPPs (Public-Private Partnership) and other forms of cooperation between public and private parties, with experience primarily from the bidder’s side. We offer advisory services on the conclusion and negotiation of the PPP contract and on the preparation of the contracts between the members of the bidding consortium, including the cooperation agreement, construction contract, operating agreements, etc.
BACH Law prepares and negotiates commercial leases and assists in the subsequent rent adjustment and any disputes. We also help our clients understand and interpret the contracts, including the scope of rights and obligations under the contract.
