- Artists’ Rights – Film and Music
I have held the black belt in karate since I was 17 but haven’t needed to rely on it yet as an attorney – and then again: the calm and clarity that comes with many years of martial arts training benefits me in my work life as well. I’m a pragmatist and good at finding solutions to complex problems.
I specialise in IT and Intellectual Property Law, Employment Law and Negotiation and Dispute Resolution. I advise all types of corporate clients from small entrepreneurs to some of Denmarks largest companies. Additionally, I’ve worked with the protection of artists’ rights for several years with a special focus on film and music. Finally, I offer general legal assistance to corporate clients and represents clients in all types of civil litigation.
In the past few years, I’ve advised companies like CPH Private Hospital A/S, Ascom Danmark A/S and Valtech A/S, among others.
You are always welcome to call or e-mail me if you’d like to hear more about the counsel I can provide.
