My insatiable curiosity is perhaps my most valuable asset. It is also the reason why I have chosen to become a “tech lawyer” as there will always be something new to learn and discover when you are dealing with technology. Additionally, I am very well aware of the importance of providing business-oriented and pragmatic legal advice to my clients, especially in highly complex matters. Consequently, not only do I know that I need to, but I also want to, know and understand your products and your business; both to satisfy my own intellectual curiosity and to provide you with exactly the legal advice you need.
I have been certified as an IT Attorney by the Association of Danish IT Attorneys since 2020 and I primarily advise clients in technology-related matters, in which my high degree of specialization into the intersection between IT and intellectual property law truly proves itself invaluable.
I have extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT development contracts as well as licensing agreements, including software, SaaS, and cloud licensing agreements, of varying complexity and often with cross-border elements for international and domestic clients, particularly within the sectors of robotics and industrial automation, FinTech, and leisure, media and entertainment. As a result of this, I have also gained significant experience when it comes to advising clients on the use of open-source software (OSS), which, as you might know, is an integral part of the technological landscape today.
