I specialize in labour and employment law. I advise Danish and foreign companies on all employment law matters, including matters relating to employees, consultants, and C-suite. Among other things, I provide advice on terms of employment, dismissals, transfer of undertakings, mass redundancies and discrimination. I also have litigation experience and experience in negotiation and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
A lawyer’s role in society is special, and I am very aware of the responsibility that comes with the role. It is a prerequisite that you as a client are able to trust your legal advisor with all aspects of any legal matter. It is my obligation to ensure the trust that enables us to reach the best result. I must represent my client's interests in the best possible way, which requires that I provide clear advice, am 100% available, and am able to find the best solutions - even in difficult situations. My clients would describe me as a lawyer who demonstrates a high degree of empathy for their case and one who shows a high level of commitment and involvement in all aspects of the matter. This includes details that are not of pure legal nature. In my experience this ensures the best outcome.
