Radiobotics ApS

Extensive experience in aiding start-ups and raising capital

Radiobotics is a Health-Tech start-up and a relatively new player in the Danish Chamber of Commerce’s entrepreneurial family. Through machine learning algorithms, Radiobotics seek to help medical professionals read scans in routine cases of x-rays of joins and bones.

Approximately 1.4 million x-rays of bones are taken in Denmark each year and this number is climbing. At the same time, there is a global shortage of radiologists who can read the x-rays, which can cause long waiting times for the patient. Radiobotics’ algorithms automatically generate a suggested report, allowing for a faster and more standardised response to the referring doctor and patient.

In their relatively short lifetime, Radiobotics has raised millions in capital, both by getting several skilled investors on board and by receiving grants from Innovation Fund Denmark and the EU-funding programmes Eurostars, EIT Health, SME Instruments and EIC Accelerator.

Attorney and partner, Ricki Boye, has extensive experience with aiding start-ups, and in fact, it was another BACH|NJORD Law client, Neurescue ApS, who recommended Ricki Boye as attorney and trusted advisor to Radiobotics. Since then, Ricki Boye has become Radiobotics’ permanent attorney and has assisted with both raising capital, drafting incentive programmes and offering general legal advice.
